Support Agreement
for
The Smart Retailer



Rainier Computer Systems will provide one year of technical support for the purchase of this agreement, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Support will be available monday to friday between the hours of 8am - 5pm pacific standard time. Support shall be provided on a first come first serve basis, with calls being accepted and returned in the order they came in. The customer should be aware that some calls may not be returned the same business day.

2. Rainier Computer Systems agrees to: a) assist the customer with the use and operation of the SmartRetailer and its licensed modules. b) answer questions and offer solutions to company specific problems. c) attempt to resolve and correct runtime errors that are promptly reported. Support consists of technical assistance over the phone, verbally or through the use of a modem and communication software. While under support, the customer may contact us using our toll free support number. Additionally, while a support agreement is active, the customer shall be entitled to free updates and/or upgrades to the Smart Retailer software program.

3. Rainier Computer Systems agrees to make every reasonable effort to assist the customer with questions and resolve problems, however Rainier Computer Systems does not guarantee that it will be able to help all callers. Some problems may not be resolvable over the phone.

4. The customer agrees to provide necessary cooperation to assist Rainier Computer Systems in providing support.

5. The customer agrees that in no event shall Rainier Computer Systems be held liable for any problems that occur prior to or as a result of rendering support.

6. Support does not include custom changes to the program, writing custom report generator reports, manipulating, recovering, or deleting customer data, or assistance with any software other than the Smart Retailer and its licensed modules.

7. This agreement may be canceled at any time by either party for any reason. Refunds will be prorated and a processing fee charged.

I understand and agree to the above conditions of this agreement.
