Nine month warranty from the date of the original invoice (repair or replacement only).

< PHYSICAL DAMAGE >
Physical damage is not covered under warranty.  If your purchase is damaged in shipping please contact Rainier Computer Systems to arrange a claim with the responsible shipping company.
< PRICE PROTECTION >
We do not offer any price protection on our products.  Prices of computer components fluctuate daily and we try to update our prices as often as possible.  You may pay a higher price today than what something will cost tomorrow or you may pay a lesser price today than what the same item will cost tomorrow.  

< RMA PROCEDURE >
If one of our products fails the customer is responsible for shipping it back to Rainier Computer Systems.  When the product is repaired or replaced Rainier Computer Systems will pay for shipping the product back to the customer. If it is determined that the component has not failed and it is user error then the customer will be billed a $20.00 testing fee and a return shipping charge.

  • All returns must be authorized by Rainier Computer Systems and be marked with a valid RMA (return merchandise authorization) number.

  • For a RMA number please call 253-840-5441.

  • RMA numbers are good for 14days from the date of issuance.

  • Returns without a valid RMA number will be refused.
